Gross misalignment between pay rate and expectations. What they call Trust and Safety is basically being the referee between two emotional parties and chasing down people for basic documentation. If you want to use your investigative background to arbitrate on a paint color or the grass cut too short, all for under 60K a year you will be in the right place. Feels like a school playground, but you are QA’d for it. Let’s talk about QA. Managers do it. Yup, not biased at all.

As an investigator, I am now basically an AI moderator and a playground referee. They want us to let AI monitor our work and launched AI tools that basically do our work, calling them Agents too. Leadership has not reassured worried employees on that topic once.
Finally, I have never been so tracked in my work. You have to change status all the time on the platform, give access to screen recording, AI case observer etc.
