      Good benefits, good colleagues, poor leadership

      Student loan reimbursement is huge Great, supportive colleagues Working in the community with patients Mileage reimbursement Generous PTO

      Cons

      Disorganized leadership with constant changes in structure. Focused heavily on “quality measures” and productivity quotas due to financial issues makes it feel much less patient focused Good people with decades of experience leaving/stepping down is always a red flag Raises contingent on company performance Human Resources that take forever to respond to anything Less competitive pay (but this is worth it to me with student loan reimbursement) A lot of driving if you work in the community

      Toxic work environment. Feels like a lot of people are in competition. You are look at like a number with productivity
