Pros
There are several project working with global company and can have experience for several products. Also there are a lot of change working with abroad companies.
Cons
As a SW engineer point of view, It depends on the timing of building biz, we can have good quality of project but sometimes it's not. Also it's hardto maintain the balance btw life and work.
