Pros

building is cool kind of have summer hours happy hours most weeks

Cons

So many people left or were fired in the last year and no new people to take on their work. The salaries increases are not on a yearly basis. The management of client services changes every 6 months sometimes reporting to president or having to share concerns with other leaders because we have no one over us to manage and bring up issues. New machines coming to the floor since the move to the new building. I think we have had 3 different leadership announcements in 2 years. Roles keep changing but nothing really changes in work except we have title changes every year and our client assignments change. Spends a lot of time on big titles for few and just confusing for the rest of us. Quality keeps going down and we keep having to do rework and discount or hope customers don’t knotice. We can’t get work out on time anymore. Even when every part of the order is in on time some other customer’s stuff comes in and pushes scheduled work back and we just have to say sorry.. We bought or merged or whatever with multiple companies since I started and the owners come on and then don’t have to do anything but other staff is let go. No new clients from any of them.

Pros

It’s a small business, seemed like it was growing. Made great work for clients and had some really good people on the floor.

Cons

Left for a few things, I hear they’re all still true Poor pay in comparison to industry.(30% under) Constant changes in direction from management and leadership. Concerns about layoff potential/job security based on firings and layoffs Bad mouthing and making fun of employees. Saw it at every level from leadership to floor staff.

Pros

- Some great people work here — have to find them though - Flexibility in making your own hours

Cons

- Managers promoted after failing in previous positions - Managers who take no time to learn about the team they’re managing because they’re “just a number to me” - Lots of “relationships” in management and creating a high school clique environment - No one to turn to with issues because it’s obvious you cannot trust managers - Managers whispering at desks with higher ups - Sales Rep who does absolutely nothing and brings in no work, but is considered as “doing no wrong” while others in the department get let go due to no incoming work - Work from home opportunities are nice, but there’s no one managing it — some staff aren’t working or logged on at all - Compensation is a joke — There are reviews, but raises aren’t given. Pay is not equivalent to cost of living. The value seems to be on equipment, not on employees. - Promotions are given to higher ups who are best friends with said higher ups and then put in departments they know nothing about - There’s no diversity in employees - Listened to a manager get drunk at the bar (inside the office) and bash on LGBTQ+ employees of a company Thysse is partnering with — absolutely disgusted by what was said about the employees by a MANAGER! Moral… Run from this company!
