      If you have no skills, or having trouble of finding a job, they will give you one. Free Soda??

      I'll start by saying the management has a famous quote "We don't need a website to be successful," so that is promising. One of the owners said we need to stay away from Google Ads because that was "too easy." This company took the definition of "poorly run" to a new level. As previous reviews have mentioned, they have turned over almost a complete office worth of employees, close to 30, in just a couple years. The lack of responsibility from management is confusing. They claim to have solid perks, but will take them away quickly, without letting you know. There is an extreme lack of transparency, and the policies will change weekly if it suits management. I am confused how people continue to take jobs here after reading the reviews of this company. I am sure they will convince one of their current employees to leave a 5 star review to boost ratings. Stay tuned...

Within the past three months, and thanks to our current and former employee’s feedback, we are growing forward while making positive changes. Our current and cohesive group of employees have created such a positive atmosphere, making for an amazing daily work environment. Creativity is encouraged, work ethic and professionalism are commended along with cross-department collaboration. We are unhappy to hear that your employment with us did not lead to an advance in your Career within TiMOTION, but many of our other employees have been able to have a successful and rewarding Career.       Mismanaged Organization

      -Opportunity to establish a successful sales track record for those lacking experience and traditional credentials. -Company produces moderately priced, decent quality, and relatively customizable product, which makes it competitive against other manufacturers of electric actuators/controls (though China tariffs hurt ability to be price competitive).

      Cons

      -No commission or performance based bonus for sales or other positions. -No clear criteria for earning promotions or salary increases. -Incompetent and often absentee owner of TiMOTION USA who is afraid to lead on big picture items and who has refused to develop understanding of USA culture to provide a healthy/desirable work environment for US employees. -Sales manager singularly focused on his ascent within TiMOTION rather than empowering sales team and growing business. -Unethical selling practices that encourage giving misleading information and making empty promises to win business as well as lying to customers to avoid taking accountability for production errors, delivery delays, and product failures. -Extremely high turnover makes it difficult to grow business and achieve organizational synergies. -HR cannot be trusted with employees' private information.

      -Coworkers -Some travel to nice cities -No real quotas/or structure of anything

      Cons

      -UPPER MANAGEMENT (severely under qualified people in high positions) -Terrible leadership -Deceptive practices around bonus pay -Blame will always land at your doorstep. No accountability or help from management
