You can do anything there, i.e. your personal issues, and you can handout during working time.

I worked there for one year as a data management engineer. Actual job is doing basic literature review on history of drilled wells. You get nothing from this job and you have no choice because that's the only business. There is no core technology in this company and that's why large large quantity of new grads are welcome.
