Pros

- Remote position - Company paid medical, vision, and dental - Decent pay (but doesn’t match the workload) - Many employees that work here genuinely care for the company and its’ success. Most employees are wonderful, and there is a true sense of loyalty amongst them - Tiber has great vendors and contractors - Growing company

Cons

- Nepotism at its finest. It is who you know around here and not what you know. I thought those days were behind us, but it’s worse now more than ever before - “New hires” are coming in with higher salaries than current employees. Where did the appreciation and fairness go? - Process changes are being implemented without being completely thought out. This is a disaster waiting to happen. - Very low morale in many different areas of the company. - Overworked - Lack of (or misguided) communication - Lack of inclusion (unless you’re part of the “in” crowd. - No loyalty

Pros

Working remotely from home, decent pay.

Cons

First of all these 5 star reviews were written all in May of 2021...RED FLAG!. I've been in the workforce for 40 years and have held several management positions. I've seen it all but never like this, I wasn't a manager for in this growing company so of course you are intimindated by upper management for the simplest mistakes i.e. Crossing your "T's" and dotting your "I's" in emails for fear of being written up and being talked down to like a child. At the time there was no HR, the company was being ran with nepotisms and real workforce issues being hidden from Mr. Frost ,Some crooked upper level management have since been weeded out which I believe had been pushing the buttons of lower management to treat people the way they did. Working from home has its advantages but Tiber makes out like a bandit for that, they don't reimburse for your computer, internet ,office space and your own office supplies. The last thing I want to say is they're a fast growing company that has lost some really good people because of their intimindating style of treating people because of that you now have a shortage of employees...

Pros

Paycheck until you get fired

Cons

Buyer beware! Way too many recent 5 star reviews ... attempt underway to bury feedback from actual employees.
