Pros

Tibil is Excellent to start a career and you can learn many things as they will be putting you in multi tasking. More ever you will be having freedom to work.

Cons

The office infrastructure is very bad, always you have to adjust to your manager mentality, they will tell you one thing and expect you to do more things, like circus or magic. Management will say one thing but come up with one thing. If you worked overnight also, you have to struggle to get minimum requirement of Food and Travel from your manager and weekend work, you will get only Rs.100 that to you have to ask more times. If you work more there will be no extra pay also, only charity work you have to do. If you are a hard person you will not get good salary for your work. Finally i had smell some politics in management. They differentiate more in company. It will really bad.

Pros

Money is good. They have some big clients.

Cons

They do not have "induction" for new employee. They lack communication and transparency. Account managers - people who coordinate with you right from setting up interview - are so busy that they do not have time to process your needs. They do not listen, if they do, they do not take any action to support you. They say employee is at their heart, but they just want money from the client.

Pros

Good management, Good place for girls who are married because their is no proper and fixed work..

Cons

The company is old i.e almost 5 year old and still there is no growth... They are using old technologies..... Horrible project management planning..... Take code from git hub and tell clients that they have done that project work, latter they will ask u to modify the code which is near impossible task.. if u can not do then they will blame u only... Very very slow in adopting new technologies... Will spoil careers if u join here as they keep changing the domain..... No good experienced Managers and seniors as they are not strong and not good in their own field..... Notice period is 3 Months... Unnecessary office on Saturday and Sunday even there is no work ...... Every projects will have to work more than 14 hours including Saturday and Sunday, because managers are not capable of planning the projects, they expect to complete 3 month work in 6-10 days.. which always not possible and then latter they will try to fire you by blaming on you..... Managers behave like a school teachers.. They are unprofessional and do not know how to handle the team.. I have seen few good employee that the company have insulated and then fired because they were forcibly assign new tasks that they are not experienced or do not belong the specific domain.. This is totally unprofessional.. None of the seniors have higher degree.. most of them have only BCA or MCA degree .. With very few hands on experience...
