Pros
Working as part of a relatively small team means that your contribution will have a huge impact on the success of the company. The nature of the events industry means that things rarely stand still for any length of time, giving employees the chance to learn new skills and problem solve. It's fast paced, challenging and fun.
Cons
Sometimes you can work hard on a project and find the company's priorities need to change, meaning your efforts may feel like they are in vain.

Pros
Great location, some truly excellent professionals on the team and generally a really positive environment. The team is brought together through regular socials and a relaxed atmosphere in the office, and having joined as a recent graduate I feel I've learned a lot.
Cons
Senior management could be a little more in touch with people lower down the ladder.
