      Pros

      Office is at great location and feels very nice to be in. People from each department are easy to communicate. Full remote work is possible(depending on role&team)

      Not much of benefits beside ticket discount

      Best company culture I've ever seen

      Pros

      - Poeple who are hired are open-minded, social, independent, creative... They all come from a different background, from all over the world. The key value here is the collaboration, so everyone helps each other. The work is much more pleasant to achieve with people like that. (I have to confess: I've always hated afterworks and drinks with colleagues, but today, I am sad if I miss them!) - The People team makes everything to make your days better. And it works. Free lunch, free snacks, events, great devices, employees appreciation... - The processes are constantly improved to follow the product evolution. - Trust and support are at the heart of the management. - The product itself, TicketSwap service, is great.

      Cons

      It's a tech company, so you have to be comfortable with this environment if you want to join.
