Decent pay, flexible schedule. Possible career opportunities with CACI if willing to leave Austin.

Cons

The company was once a great place to work but has been sold twice now, with the most recent acquisition by CACI. The culture is suffering and morale is low.

Great company, but losing it's culture

Interesting technology, lots of opportunities to help shape the development process, extremely bright group of people to work with and for and many who are driven to exceed.

Cons

The small-company, family-like culture is being replaced by formalized procedures from a somewhat faceless larger entity in CACi. Amazing benefits are being replaced by mediocre ones.
