Worst place to work! Don't work here! Go elsewhere. Very bad morale among the workers.

Pros

Good wellness program for employes but that is it.

Cons

Small town hospital that focused on money instead of caring for their patients or the employees. The manager in one of the departments lacked a college degree and many people quit there because this manager lacked any knowledge or class. If you were not liked by management, you were GONE!

Some coworkers were pleasant to work with. Flexible schedule

Benefits are expensive. Management have their favorites. Pay is subpar. HR takes the managements side whenever there is an issue within the department. Department Leads are VERY toxic and only out to through coworkers under the bus and provide no help whatsoever. Director is only concerned about the amount of money we bring in. Over crowded work areas. No actual training or written procedures in place for my position.
