Overwork and underpay. Big egos and surprisingly a lot of politics at the junior levels, perhaps due to insecurity. Several people cited mental health issues caused due to the workplace and took long leaves. No career path or care for progression. Poor leadership and incompetency on the CEO and senior leadership's part.
