      Great people, not a great place to work

      - meaningful work - great teammates - good healthcare/unlimited PTO - fully remote

      Cons

      - governing by committee at every level, same meetings over and over without any decisions being made - huge gap between product/leadership and engineering - preaching radical transparency, while not being transparent

      Work is so very important to the diabetes community, and the work culture really is what is described in the (open source) employee handbook.
