      Pros

      Everything is extra well organized, streamlined, and efficient. Very generous perks, addons, and benefits. Remote-first approach to work. Interesting challenges to work on; stimulating work environment. CEO with a vision and skin in the game - hands-on in the right way. Very smart, motivated team.

      There’s a strong culture of ownership and autonomy, which encourages everyone to take initiative and experiment. Iteration and growth thinking are part of the everyday mindset, making it a great place for those who thrive in dynamic, evolving settings.

      Cons

      The high pace of experimentation and autonomy in our Growth department can sometimes lead to ambiguity or a lack of clear direction, which may be challenging for those who prefer more structure or detailed guidance.
