We employees had high expectations from the merger of Shopfully and Tiendeo, leaders in the Retail sector on different countries. Unfortunately, Tiendeo did not live up to the expectations we had (as has happened in previous acquisitions) and it was like opening a nice gift package, with nice packaging but totally empty. Campaign management is Shopfully 5 years ago style: confusing, messy, without automation. The offer towards customers is also disappointing and it is very difficult for us to make things work and not lose customers. Unfortunately, the CEOs of Tiendeo have jumped ship (with a nice little nest egg), after they have stirred up Tiendeo employees against the Shopfully world, creating an unsustainable work environment, thanks in part to a totally useless and harmful Chief HR (and at least we can all agree on that).
