      It's good, it's very beneficial. It provides everything whatever you need for!

      But from last 2 months tiens team is not providing night use (pads)! I am getting very disappointed

      Many tasks must be handled alone, and issues need to be resolved quickly. It is a highly independent and extremely fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      The company tends to use employees during the initial stages, but once they are no longer seen as useful, they are discarded like a piece of toilet paper. You must be alert at all times and careful with your words and actions, as you are expected to respond 24/7, with no regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. Staff are not appreciated.
