Pros

Tier 11 is an amazing place to work. Completely remote and online so its super flexible + leadership is very trustworthy and capable so I feel like I have a lot of autonomy to do my work on my terms. The culture is the best I have experienced, lots of opportunities to develop new skills, and ascend to more responsibility if you want it.

Cons

None so far at all

Pros

Complete autonomy to work the way you want remotely. Tier 11 has a high performing team culture (everyone strives to do their best and sets a high standard of work), everyone is super supportive and down to earth.

Cons

workload can be high at times, but there is complete flexibility to take time off and adjust your hours to suit/work around your life commitments.

Remote, professional and pretty chill

Pros

- The whole team is fully remote, so all the pros (and cons) of a remote job apply. - People here know what they are doing, very professional in their stuff. You can ask for advice if needed. Very cool to be working surrounded (even virtually) by professionals. - Pretty chill. No micromanagement, a lot of autonomy and independence as long as you keep your clients happy. - You completely own your accounts. You can do whatever you think is right as long as it's working. There are standards (that make sense), but nobody is telling you what to do with the account. - No scummy/shady/"in a grey area" clients - Very flexible hours (except for the calls with the clients of course) - Compensation is good - Little to no corporate/silly team-building exercises/"this work is your life mission" nonsense. - Everybody in the team are very nice people, very caring and kind, you can feel it.

Cons

- All the cons of remote work apply: no hardware provided, no insurance, no visas, no office space, etc (but it's normal for a remote job I guess) - As a media buyer, you will have to spend a lot of time on clients relationship management. I would prefer to spend this time on managing the account itself, but somebody needs to answer the clients' questions, right? - Maybe it's just me, but I don't have the clarity on how my compensation is structured (more on this in the "advice for management" section).
