Pros
Best management I've ever encountered. Family atmosphere where the supervisors/managers are aware of your needs. Reward is plentiful to those who pursue same work mentality that drives the company forward.
Cons
Some individuals do not have the capability to stay with the company due to a tight knit atmosphere but also that's what makes the company great. Like-minded individuals create a very personable atmosphere for those that naturally adhere. The promise within the company is focus, drive and the ability to overcome very complex job situations. Some people want to just show up and do bare minimum. If that's your deal then this probably isn't the company for you. If you want to be pushed to the capacity of your intellect and have a higher standard of principle while maintaining solid relationships that will be benefit to your life wherever you go then you might have found the right place.
