      Management and employees are miles apart. Supplies are scarce and heavily guarded by management. Understaffed and scheduling for overtime is unpredictable

      Friendly employees that are willing to help when needed. They do offer a minister who is not so-called "preachy." Will listen and give a different outlook and help with whatever you may be going through

      Private company. They say it's family orientated. There are a lot of family members who are related that work there. Beware this company does gossip a lot. More than the average gossip. Your private information will be known to nearly everyone Within the first few days. Keep everything personal to yourself. There is no room for growth. There are no reviews or pay raises unless you are "good" with the right people
