Pros
had a thriving culture a year ago. the product is interesting enough.
Cons
they got too big for their britches, went "corporate" lol cute...and destroyed the practical aspects that actually worked. they expect employees to hold out and invest their time and energy into the company, but unwilling to invest a cent in the employees. good luck with that. no one seems to be able to make up their mind about the direction of the company. donating to Trump didn't seem to work.
