Pros

Working with A monthly show Calendar instead of seasons. Summer Friday's and the day before a major holiday early dismissal

Cons

This place is a ship heading over a clif. It is a family run business so if you are not in the family you have to be very careful and I don't recommend working here if looking for long term employment the max is 2 yrs. It's very much like being in high school with a lot of disrespect cursing and back stabbing.

Pros

For the most part people are friendly & willing to help pitch in & help if needed. In addition to PTO's you can pick from 3 floating holidays to have off, fingers crossed your boss doesn't take the good ones (chistmas eve/new years eve) & you have to lose them since they don't transfer over to the next calendar year.

Cons

Management is very budget conscience with promotions & raises especially with lower level employees. It is also expected that you work late & feel pressure when you leave on time at 6. Not a good working environment at all, especially on some teams.

Pros

Stable work environment with yearly reviews, big personalities, fun parties. Good for assistant-level/beginners to learn and grow. But don't expect to move to the top, unless you're willing to work there for 15 yrs.

Cons

Promotions include tedious "jr." and "sr." on every level of titles...and you must be promoted through each one, in order, and when promoted they act like they are doing you a huge favor - same thing with their miniscule salary-percentage-based raises (ex. 5% is a great raise in theory but 5% of 30k for example is NOT that much). Have no problem firing more senior staff and replacing with assistant-levels or even interns with as few promotions as possible. Higher level designers think/act like they're celebrities and don't have to work.
