What pros? You get a pay check. Not very big. No benefits, paper checks bcuz of no direct deposit. I worked there for 30 years, I know the whole family. The owner didn't care. His son, was actually one of the few people I did like there.
Cons
Everything. Nothing was good about this place. Getting pulled into weigh stations all the time, poor maintenance, poor mechanics straight off the immigration line from Mexico. Poor trucks, all standard, no automatics. Trailers have holes in the roof, & floor. Best of luck locking or closing a warped door. Landing gear is sometimes bent.
