Pros
- Work/Life balance - Major investment, overhaul of systems and processes - Management is flexible. You show commitment and flexibility they will work with you in had to utilize your skills
Cons
- Rocky transition. Some new systems had glitches and had a negative impact with some clients. - Some staff was unwilling to adapt to changes. Some left cause a gap but new talent has stepped up to plate.

Pros
Great location, tons of people across many departments to collaborate with, coolest boss ever, free snack program, lots of perks with employee discounts like cell phones, travel, tons of stuff. Amazing 410K matching program, the list goes on.... TigerLead has been making a lot of changes to staff, product, customer service, marketing initiatives and support. All of these changes will continue to keep our customers happy and deliver quality leads with a good ROI. Makes me feel good to know we are putting our customers success first.
