Pros

There is nothing good I can say about this company. If I could give zero stars I would. Needs an overhaul from the top. Too many corporate employees that don't make money for the company yet the offices themselves are understaffed and under paid

Cons

Understaffed, poor management, benefits are bad, promised bonuses received none. Takes away benefits or extra pay on a whim. Work here if you need a job and keep looking. No back up from management or HR.

Pros

None that I can come out with.

Cons

If you want to work for free and be in the middle of office gossip. Have your managers micro manage you and go through you files once you leave for the day. This is the place for you.

Pros

I received scheduled hours of operation that I needed. Descent money. Variety in customer accounts. Good location for lunchtime purposes.

Cons

Zero training. Management attitude is my way or the highway. Zero support from management. Managers will throw you under the bus to save themselves and go through your desk once you leave for the day. Supervisor is has experience in the company but does not understand many things regarding brokerage or exports. Very clique place.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not feel like you received appropriate support and training after joining the Tigers team. As we build out our internal training program via the Tigers Academy we encourage all employees to contact the HR team and provide suggestions on topics to cover to better support new and current employees in their development. We leverage the strengths and knowledge of all of our employees to positively impact the company. Tigers also encourages a transparent management style and employees have the flexibility to address concerns and issues, and provide solutions and process improvements, to ensure that the operation runs efficiently.
