We are grateful for this feedback, even if it hurts. Feedback is deeply woven into our culture, and every piece of feedback helps us learn and grow. We appreciate that every person’s perception is their reality, but we would love to respectively share our view as well. TIGNUM is a small company that is making a huge impact by helping our clients rule their impact. What we do is very nuanced and therefore requires not just talent but a highly collaborative, adaptive, and growth mindset approach. We have built a performance culture that we understand is not for everyone. We have worked hard over the years to instill our values of Impact, Innovation, Fun, and Freedom in our culture. But as you can imagine, a culture built on these four pillars requires a high level of self-discipline, self-motivation, and active participation. We invest a lot in our employees, which is often invisible (healthcare, gym memberships, personal development, fun global team meetings, flexible work hours, great workspaces, etc.). With this comes a responsibility for those who join our team to deliver results, to be collaborative, to challenge their own status quo, and to constantly learn and grow. We genuinely thank the person who left this feedback, and above all, we wish them the best in their future endeavors. We will take every one of these comments to heart and apply them to our personal leadership, and company culture, journeys to grow.
