Pros

I learned strong life lessons.

Cons

This was hands down the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. Leadership routinely communicated through yelling, public humiliation, and intimidation. The company talks about supporting women and inclusion, but leadership behavior tells a completely different story. The hypocrisy is loud, and the culture reflects it.

Pros

This is an important in the financial industry because it is the only woman and disabled owned broker-dealer in the US. As a result, all of the large banks (Citigroup, JP Morgan, etc) do business with them. You can work remotely for certain roles.

Cons

It is a small company with an office in New York City.
