- Upper management (regional and up) out of touch and stingy -Few benefits for lower positions

Great people, trust in ability, and flexible schedules. Now in a restaurant group with more stability. Going through a renaissance of culture and vision with new ownership.

Cons

Tight budgets, communication is less than most people probably expect, the lack of experience in leadership has been an issue throughout the years, and vision for the brand has been murky.
