      Pros

      The best reason to work here is absolutely nothing. I am very surprised this company is still in business. Cheap labor is their mission.

      Cons

      Challenges of working here.. where do I even begin. Every single staff member that started with me has all left in a short amount of time. It took me a moment to realize why. Expectations are very high for little pay. They expect you to bend over backwards for the company and the moment you speak up about an issue you get a target on your back. They are trying to “innovate” clinical research by cutting corners. I couldn’t not sit back and watch this horror show continue any longer and decided for my mental health to walk away from this toxic environment.

      Pros

      They make you perform a variety of roles, so I was able to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Very toxic with lots of turn over. They care more about numbers than patients. Not a lot of clinical research experience in management, which makes managing expectations with reality difficult. There is a lot of pressure to meet goals without the right support to get there
