      Pros

      Tile on your resume will be a good talking point for future interviews.

      Cons

      Mentally abusive work environment, narcissist COO, lying and cheat CEO. Extremely untrustworthy management. Hostile work environment with extremely uncomfortable and awkward situations. It becomes difficult to maintain any sort of social life outside of work. This isn't your typical start up work environment. There is no care for company culture, values or employee satisfaction/happiness. Management doesn't care to put time into the people of its company.

      Great idea, great potential, poor CEO

      Pros

      Amazing engineering team that is under valued. Recruiters should definitely reach out, as I know many people are looking.

      Cons

      The CEO is very questionable. His demeanor is many times offensive, despite trying really hard to maintain a good image (it’s all “lipstick”). I felt many times bullied and micromanaged, working under absurd deadlines and in a very stressful environment. The CEO is the root cause of that, which is pushing great people at all levels to leave the company.

      Thank you for the candid feedback. Although it's hard for me to hear, I am always open to finding out where I can be more effective. We have a very fast-paced environment in which quality is a high priority. I will take to heart how I can do a better job of helping us still move fast while not compromising quality and keeping morale high. And I wholeheartedly agree - our engineering team is amazing!       Don’t go! The turnover rate is too high. Don’t be fooled by the CEO. He is the reason why ppl wanted to leave.

      Colleagues are nice. Package is fairly okay. Few RSUs. Nothing off the top of my head to be considered as Pros

      Cons

      1. VP/Directors/managers are more than employees 2. CEO is condescending and you will never feel comfortable to work with him. Every week you need to suffer from his bluffing in all hands 3. The office is way too small and old
