Pros

Fun environment (yet not really professional) Real chances to grow (if you are willing to forget about your personal life)

Cons

Uncompetent managers with huge egos and different ways of doing the same work. Micro management. Lack of proper tools and equipmen.t Repetitive and redundant training only focused on one part of the selling process (closing). Agressive sales process. Very low salary, fully dependant on comission

Pros

Some really nice people working there, a lot of talent and potential. They also have some good benefits.

Cons

The main objective of the company is to sell, no matter what. Everything goes. This means pushy sellers because they're under a lot of pressure, false promises to customers and delays in deliveries. Their company culture is sectarian and people are expected to always work extra hours. Managers act sometimes in a very inmature way, treating the ones they don't like badly, as if the office was a high school class. Gossip is an everyday thing.

Pros

Young and passionate people Horizontal structure Friendly and casual atmosphere

Cons

Lack of management - at all Very very long hours at the office for a low pay - based on commissions from sales too hard to achieve Unrealistic targets - when less than 10% of the sales people reach it, there is a problem. And therefore, repetitive trainings should be replaced by product improvements Poor lead generation process Inefficient internal communications Excessive price of the product compared to similar competitors Inexistence of procedures: each manager has their own criteria Customer service is not in accordance with the price the customer pay Expenses are not reimbursed when traveling for work Commissions and bonuses sometimes are not paid
