- No time off (I was screamed at for requesting one day off) - No meal breaks, even on 10hr shifts -unprofessional management

godawful from the total lack of training, constant inconsistency in policies that result in management AND residents angry with you, zero integrity in any managers, both tillinger's and the property's, and of course, the abysmally low pay for working a thankless job nobody in management would ever deign to do themselves, but thinks you're not worth the extra few bucks that might make you not want to kys while you're there.
