      No 401K match Bad HR practice - two female employees are suing the company and a male senior employee for sexual harassment, the company has kept the employee. Bad Management - Managers intimidate employee by screaming at them. Turnover Capital

      Pros

      Enjoy coming to work every day because of the great people that I work with . Everyone works as a team and supports each other. Friendly and helpful environment. Tillman fosters an environment of recognition for a job well done. Feel motivated and challenged as well as see room for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Telecom in general has its highs and lows in workloads. Fast paced and crazy some days where additional staffing support would be beneficial.
