Was a good company until they sold to a larger group.

Cons

Owners Sold out. Everything changed. Management became non existent and there was no direction. Too bad.

Lots of freedom, as long as there's coverage vacations & time off aren't a problem. Generous PTO package. Great staff at most offices. 401K with matching, High salary rates.

Cons

Newly joined with a company partner who is confusing to work for.
