Pros

Entry level type work...the regulars cling together and have a weird bond but it works for them. Management needs to stay on the floor and watch the leads and make sure everyone gets along and not mistreated! The pay is decent for the work and the start, but the experienced people can help more but being politely better and helping the newbies understand the process as a whole.

Cons

The floor leads have the ability to have you terminated but 70% of them are drinkers and smokers that allow their friends to excel while holding back people they don't like~~~cliques ~~

Pros

The handful of serious employees who are trying to make a difference in the culture and willing to believe they can.

Cons

HR is a one man show, who lies (or implies) for management, negative power trip (he's the guy who suspects everyone is up to something) shady breeds shady and operates in two distinct manners: 1. as if he has an axe to grind 2. as a yes man to senior managers He's very much on a power trip and has his HR dept,. consisting of 1.5 employees, responsible for Employee recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, employee compensation adjustments, training, employee safety, facilities safety, employee attendance, benefits, office supplies, executive summaries, business strategy, ESOP activities coordination, DFARS regulatory standards, Gov't Compliance, Company Policies and Proceedures, Job Descriptions, Interviews, Disciplinary,

Pros

The workers on the floor and the office are great people to interact with. ESOP company advertises great involvement in the company. New facility and infrastructure is well designed and is very clean. COVID Response was very well done with respectfulness to the worker's safety and flexibility.

Cons

"Leadership" is very siloed and plays games with mid-management's careers while consistently restructuring to the point that direction is hard to find. The company is purely sales-driven with the reality of manufacturing as an afterthought that is consistently restricted in order to meet quotes. Communication to mid management is poorly executed if attempted at all. The workload for shop workers is extreme with sales-driven culture making consistent failures to deliver pile up for years.
