Little and sometimes mixed communication between management and downline employees. Management style is shamming and not building up employees. Very siloed organization. Not a very good work/life balance. Very individualistic no "team spirit". Management looks at employees as revenue generators and not people. No training or employee on boarding.

There are a million problems in this place it is absolutely mind-boggling. In the beginning, they will feed you precisely what you want to hear. Once you've settled in you will quickly notice the dysfunctional toxic place it truly is. The biggest problem is management and their unprofessionalism. They have shown the employees time and time that they cannot be trusted, by breaking confidentiality and spreading information to other employees and becoming defensive to feedback. On several occasions, this has created a hostile environment. They always intertwine personal and professional life which leads to extremely biased decisions with the intention of protecting their favorites. They are the epitome of horrendous management with no desire to change.
