      Pros

      Timberwise is a family-run company with family values at it's heart. I felt welcomed and supported during my time there. Timberwise values it's employees and offers training and additional support for your role. My team was friendly and helpful and my manager was the best I've had to far. I can wholeheartedly recommend Timberwise as a place to work and though my time there was short I will remember it fondly.

      I can honestly say that I have no cons or negatives from my time working for this company.

      Relaxed. Friendly mostly. No weekends. No overtime

      Cons

      Management pretend to be your friend then bring you down. No training gwhat so ever. Manager is a control freak and makes it very difficult to work. Company will throw you under the bus. Holidays are rubbish. Pay is rubbish. A lot of drama, gossip, two faced people. Management playing victims in situations they have created . Worst company ever . Management don’t care if jobs are doing right. Money orrientated. Provide probation reviews on time.
