      - Sometimes landscaping managers who worked with us on certain projects have a power trip/big ego. - Long sleeved pants and shirt can be rough in the heat

      Cons

      -really early starts, sometimes sites are a trek away -physically intense -emotionally testing -training is a bit lacking (i tore my meniscus due to poor form)
