Pros

Lovely office Great training Supportive seniors & management Always rewarded for hard work Achievable targets Uncapped commission Always felt appreciated Fantastic incentives Lovely work culture ( all the time ) A lot of team socials Approachable managers Early Friday finish!

Cons

The only con I would say is no parking on side but it’s made better by once you’ve been there a year the company cover half the cost which is another pro as they don’t have to do that.

Pros

Always rewarded for hard work. Family feel business where your made to feel more than just a number. Extremely supportive management and colleagues. Able to work closely with the Directors and bounce ideas. Good work culture.

Cons

Located in the town centre so no parking available however this is not uncommon.

Fun! No day is the same Strong team culture. Inclusive, where everyone has mutual respect for each other (Which is hard to find in sales environments) Realistic targets Compassionate Benefits – Uncapped commission, early leave on Fridays, fun inclusive incentives for all. After 1 years employment - contributions towards parking, and optional private healthcare scheme

Cons

Some may think the benefits are not as good as working for a bigger business … however in my opinion working for a smaller business has its own benefits such as flexibility, and not being considered as just a number
