      Strong onboarding and supportive team, but workflow needs improvement

      Pros

      Strong onboarding experience and very supportive team. Amy was especially helpful, responsive, and proactive in making sure I had what I needed to succeed. I was able to get up and running quickly and had a client base by the end of my first 30 days. The platform is easy to navigate overall, and the flexibility and variety of work are big positives.

      Cons

      While no system is perfect, there are a few areas within the platform that could be more streamlined to improve efficiency and workflow. Some tasks require a bit of extra manual work that could likely be simplified with small system updates.

      I love working with Time Etc. The clients I have are incredible to work with, and I love being able to see how much money I am making in real time. The Time Etc support staff are kind and helpful. You have so much freedom with this job. I love it.

      Cons

      It took me a month before I started getting clients. Stay the course. It is worth it.
