Pros

Majority of people are great and theres always a big team effort to get projects out the door.. Exciting projects at that. Good social aspects.

Cons

Management don't care about staff welfare apart from a select few favourites.. immense favouritism at that. I'm overworked constantly (can easily put in an extra 10+ hours a week most weeks), underpaid, and have very few promotion prospects. A lot of blame passing occurs too. Company is far too willing to take on new work without staff or asset capacity to fulfil the projects.
