Pros

The team is great. They're one big family. Commission is also okay. You can earn about RM100 to 500 depending on the clients. The office space is also huge and nice. Workplace is good for a fresh grad who is looking to gain working experience.

Cons

For the amount of work you're going to do, the base pay is low. One boss has unrealistic expectations, while the other has unrealistic ideas. They also micromanage, which makes it hard to complete your work. Don't be fooled by the "perks and benefits" they advertise as there are terms and conditions applied. Had OT? We'll compensate by giving leniency for you to clock in late or get extra replacement days. But no way are we paying you for that. Got commission? Good for you! But you can only get it in a few months time or at the end of the year.

Pros

- nearby to MRT Surian - friendly colleagues - fun festive celebration (birthdays, Malaysia public holidays) - flexible working (3 days in office, 2 days wfh)

Cons

Management - unable to conduct proper training to new joiners and delegate task to junior/exec level employees - clear bias to certain employees (eg: unable to solve internal conflict without one-sided blaming) - unable to give productive feedback and be firm to Top management in terms of deadline, productivity and manpower Top Management - often goes behind employees back to make unmanageable promises to client to secure the contract - even after discussing the supposed timeline for project completion internally, the top management continues to promise unreasonable timeline to client, causing issues from all parties involved. - wants fast result from projects but give no time & resources - unable to receive honest, constructive criticism in terms of KPI, manpower and project timelines - reprimands employees for not reaching KPI even though it is still undergoing trial and error
