The interview process itself was quite off, which one can only realize once on the job. The questions were quite general and the employers did not seem to have an idea of what they wanted which made it very difficult to work. If at all they did, there was no way they could communicate it effectively to the employee. There was no induction or training except for a long speech from the CEO which is more of tooting their own horn rather than passing on relevant information that would help an employee. A complete lack of communication topped with quite blatant passive aggression from the CEO, made the work environment quite stale. There was absolute zero scope of growth as well. There was no regard for work-life balance as well.
