      Fun work environment. You're encouraged to connect with patrons, so it's a very social role.

      Cons

      I was pressured to be on a casual contract, so you don't get many perks. Then, if you leaned into the casual contract and declined shifts as you're entitled to do so, they would punish you by giving you terrible shift times or no shifts at all.
