Pros
Many of the staff are friendly, helpful, exceptionally hard working despite the pressures and uncertainty.
Cons
Prior to the acquisition of Timico by Lyceum it was a decent place to work, great people with good expertise and a real drive to deliver in customer excellence. Yes some of it was built on poor systems due to acquisitions BUT the people made it work. There was a family feel to it despite there being 200 staff, a sense of togetherness and cohesion that knowing the others in the office will dive in trenches with you. But then the Marnhamator turned up and destroyed it all within 3 months, he brought with him is gaggle of second hand car salesmen who with the swoosh of a pen dumped people who had served the previous owner for 10 or more years out on their ear some with a phone call on the approach to christmas. It all went downhill from there, the strategy was floored from the outset, people lost faith and began leaving (and still are) in their droves, good people with lots of local knowledge and with good client relationships. He's brought in senior manager after senior manager and then got rid of them and replaced them and so the cycle continues. People are underpaid for the profession they are in and most only stay there due to location and convenience. Cant wait to read the copy and paste reply from HR...who are equally as abysmal
