      Pros

      It was very enjoyable and I had fun experiences but I wanted something better so I attended college for something better suited for me!

      Cons

      It wasn't exactly what I was expecting entirely!

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. The work is really high quality, demanding, rigorous and precise. It was a great opportunity to learn in-depth about technical detailing. A place for self-motivated individuals. The office is structured more like a studio or atelier, and the principal was always available to discuss details and answer any questions I may have.

      Cons

      Little room for personal design contribution as principal is largely in charge of design. For some designers this could be seen as a negative, although I learned a lot and it was a good stepping stone for me personally. Not a great place for egos, or for people want to be design stars.

      Pros

      Potential for growth and development amongst some of the greatest players in the field of traditional architectural design. Great open door policy and communication, competitive compensation, trust amongst constituents, varied work load & great office location.

      None at the moment.
