Pros
Some decent people, good pay & good commission structure FYI - Chris O'Connell is NOT the CEO anymore. He left in 2014. The new CEO is Kerry Demetriou.
Cons
The man claiming to be the 'CEO' of the business is a bully. A glorified 'branch manager' with no real management ability ripped this business apart single handed. From 3 UK offices with over 60 employees and plans for more in the UK & abroad to one office in London and 10 staff. High turnover, no social aspect, poor culture, no values. Thankfully many who have left have gone on to better things, so not a graveyard just yet.

Truly inspirational leader, Chris was a natural leader and was the person responsible for TJC's success. His drive and passion is amazing. People gravitated towards Chris and he developed and coached many of us to greater heights. His achievements wont be bettered. Fair play to Chris, his success is clearly well deserved. We miss him and he has helped so many of us. He was a task master and challenged us all but got the best out of us no matter what - LEGEND!!!!
Cons
Unfortunately HB and his replacement KD destroyed the business. No tact, no morals, no staff development, they were only focussed on themselves not the growth of the business. KD claiming he improved the business and is some sort of saviour - the business disintegrated as soon as he and HB arrived! He couldn't run a bath. They never won another award since Chris left, the business went backwards and KD was just the manager not any form of CEO. How he can claim he built the business is beyond, he was just worked for HB. Chris set it up with PB. I understand KD left and is now a manager in an unknown firm
