Pros
Very flexible schedule, which really helped me study part-time. Great employees (store level), hard working and fun coworkers. I really learned how to be more outgoing and talkative, because the job itself really forced us to make small talk with customers on a regular basis.
Cons
Lack of communication from upper management. Little to no growth at all. Incompetent corporate office, that provides managers minimal support. Takes advantage of employees. Top management has no qualms about misleading employees, told me I would receive full-benefits if I stayed and take a promotion; I got the raise but never got the benefits, till the day I quit (8 months later), reasons being I'm still in training even though I was already managing 2 stores by myself. Pay was below average. Always keep a paper trail, because lack of communication has led to confusion and blame-game.
