      Pros

      The company is very concerned with giving quality care to the patients, which is really nice. They don't try to do anything shady. Very strong values.

      Cons

      I really didn't like my manager, but that was only on my med/surg unit. Other units may be better. The system required so much computer charting I felt like I couldn't be a nurse. I was always under pressure to follow every single minute rule or their were consequences. Some co-workers were really nice, some weren't.

      Pros

      One of the best hospitals I ever worked, it was great to work as a team and provide the best care for our patients, things are done right by the book so it was very satisfying to be part of something great, Administration listen to employee suggestions and they have the tendency to reward Nurses when days are more hectic (movie tickets, free lunch etc)
