      A good first office job

      Pros

      - The new office is lovely and spacious - Hybrid working and work from anywhere for 2 weeks per year - They care about Mental Health - Free breakfast and snacks + brand freebies sometimes - Learned a lot of the working world

      Cons

      - As a non-british individual I felt a little bit off in terms of social and cultural aspect - They made me redundant :( - You might have to work unpaid over time hours depending on how important you are to the company - Not very environmental friendly - Stressful vibes and doesn't feel that "drama free"

      Great individuals who really care and go the extra mile

      Cons

      -Push the 'family' narrative which allows employees to be taken advantage of -Lack of work-life balance; unspoken stigmatisation for leaving work at 5pm; those who are paid the least (minimum wage) are expected to do unpaid overtime, often on weekends too - Toxic management - Expected to put on a 'PR' personality -Lack of diversity and inclusion; very performative with its initiatives and alienating to those who are hugely underrepresented

      - Diverse client portfolio of all kinds

      Cons

      - Very snappy and rude colleagues - At times redundant work that takes up your whole evening/life, doing the heavy lifting for clients - Not very diverse - Lots of people walking out crying from stress
